If you are not satisfied with
an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of

The product must comply with

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the
original boxes (packing Boxes) and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and

"New and unused" means that there are no scratches,
marks, or blemishes on the item. ·
There are no signs of use on the product, the tags, or the
case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. ·
We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that
it has been used. ·
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and
adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit. |

product through a reputed courier service. All Return charge will be paid by

In cases of customers
responsible for reverse delivery, we will require a scanned proof of the
logistic bill paid. |

Shipping

Damaged / Defective Item Policy |

If you receive a damaged or
defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours
from delivery). If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, we cannot
guarantee a refund for the order. Please supply your order number from your
original confirmation e-mail. ashopi.com will make every reasonable effort to
replace the item in a timely manner. |

reverse pick-up, in cases of no pick-up zone; the customer should send the
product through a reputed courier service. In cases of customers responsible
for reverse delivery, we will require a scanned proof of the logistic bill
paid. If the customer can provide a scanned proof, we will issue a ashopi
Voucher of Rs.100 against future purchase. |
